INSTRUMENT LIMITED WARANTY
Your Hazelton instrument is a handmade
instrument that was made with care and pride. It is warranted
to be free
of defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of two years subject to certain limitations as
described below.
Should your instrument fail within the warranty period
due to defects in materials or workmanship, Hazelton
will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace
the instrument.
This is the only warranty made and no other warranties
are implied.
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of
the instrument for personal use only and is not transferable.
Proof of original purchase is required to receive warranty
service of any kind. Other limitations to the warranty
apply as follows:
- The warranty does not
cover repairs for damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper
maintenance,
accident,
negligence or improper operation.
- The warranty does not cover transportation
damages of any kind.
- The warranty does not cover any
instrument that has been modified or altered in any
way.
- The warranty does not cover an instrument
on which unauthorized repairs have been attempted or
performed.
- The warranty does not cover normal
wear and tear to the instrument, its finish or carrying
case including, but
not limited to scratches, dents, worn plating,
discoloration or string replacement (where applicable).
- Hazelton will not be liable for any indirect,
consequential or similar damages to the
purchase or any third party
resulting from the failure of this instrument.
Hazelton makes no other warranties expressed
or implied nor does Hazelton warranty this
instrument to be fit
for a particular purpose, which may exceed
the provisions of
this warranty. Some states or countries
may not allow certain limitations and the
above
may not
apply to
you.

Do not return your instrument top Hazelton
without prior authorization as it may
